STEEL CLADDING

Pre-painted steel siding in various gauges and profiles.

ALUMINUM COMPOSITE

One of the most commonly used exterior cladding applications, ACP are excellent choice for corporate identity and institutional developments.

ALUMINUM PLATE

3mm Solid Aluminum Plate, is just like it sounds. This solid plate is 1/8” thick, and you can have it in any color.

ALUMINUM SIDING

Just like metal siding profiles but in aluminum. More durable and long lasting than steel siding, aluminum siding has less maintenance and is lighter weight.

PHENOLIC/HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE

Offered in 8 through 12mm thicknesses, this cladding choice presents warmth and natural appearance to any building. Available in various wood grains finishes and is an excellent alternative to real wood veneer, as this engineered wall cladding material has over 20 years of warranty.

FIBER CEMENT / CONCRETE SKIN

Offered in various thickness and finishes, fiber cement and concrete skin panels have been around for many decades and used on prominent projects across the world. Northcome Building and Contracting is in excellent relationship with global fiber cement and concrete skin manufacturers.

ZINC PANEL

Offered in siding, cassette and panel formats, zinc is used on roof and wall cladding applications and is one of the most durable exterior cladding systems. It is quiet usual to see historical buildings that have utilized zinc on their projects for hundreds of years

TERRACOTTA PANELS

Terracotta panels have been widely used in Europe and across the world. This is excellent alternative to stone and brick systems, as its durability and long lasting life is a preferred choice for buildings with lifespan of over a century.

PORCELAIN TILES

One of the oldest forms of finishes, porcelain technology has advanced over the last decade. Available in thickness from 3mm+ this is an excellent product with excellent aesthetics and mainly used on flagship and feature walls.

VENEER STONE

A thin layer of natural and man-made stone or brick used as decorative facing material that is not meant to be load bearing.

EIFS

Exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) is a general class of non-load bearing building cladding systems that provides exterior walls with an insulated, water-resistant, finished surface in an integrated composite material system.
